At Con Fuego, everything we serve is cooked live, in front of you, over real flames. No secrets. No hidden kitchen. Just fire, smoke, and soul.


Our cooking live fire process is simple, but powerful. We start with wood and flame—never gas. The heat slowly caramelizes the meat, giving it texture and bold flavor.


While the fire works its magic, we prepare the essentials: fresh bread, vibrant chimichurri, and classic garnish combinations inspired by Argentinian street food.


Once the meat reaches the perfect point—tender, smoky, with that iconic char—we slice, assemble, and serve immediately.

Nothing pre-made. Nothing reheated. Just real asado, reimagined.


Our goal is to bring you the same experience we grew up with: the smell of smoke, the sound of the fire cracking, and the flavor that only comes from real parrilla cooking.
